Claim Disk is a Windows application that examines the storage on a computer. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
Personal use is free. An organization, meaning any use that is not by a private individual for their own purposes, requires a licence, which begins with a two-week trial at no cost. A licence is granted per seat and may not be resold or shared outside the organization that bought it.
You may not use this service to distribute unlawful material, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or to the computers of other people. We may withdraw access where it is being used in those ways.
The service is provided as it stands and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and we do not guarantee that a transfer will complete.
You are responsible for keeping your own copy of anything important. Do not rely on this service as the only copy of a file.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for loss of profit arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
